a television commercial for a local animal shelter came on my tv today and this is what it said:
"pets are not merchandise, so don't buy them at a pet store. Adopt them from an animal shelter"
then it showed animated dogs and cats sliding on one of those conveyor belts with a bar code on their heads.
i thought it was clever and funny.... and i also giggled out loud.
